»Her passion lies in the development of others through formal and informal coaching and mentoring and undertaking key roles in the development and delivery of training programmes.

Suzy possesses strong oral and written communication skills, is recognised for her empathy but also for her ability to help others take an objective view in their reflections and thought processes. She is very interested in self-development and that of others including using coaching and feedback mechanisms, approaches to encourage individual and team learning (such as personal mastery and understanding team dynamics), conversation skills and understanding and analysing group dynamics.

Suzy has extensive experience working in and with diverse and often multi-cultural teams. She developed a strong specialism in Change Management, undertaking the very first 'change' project at Andersen and contributing enormously to their 'Change Enablement' framework that was rolled out across the world-wide Andersen community.
